Purpose The End Graphics command tells the printer that the transfer of
raster graphics is complete.

Horizontal Rectangle Size (Decipoints)
Purpose The Horizontal Rectangle Size (Decipoints) command defines the
width, in decipoints (720ths of an inch), of the next rectangle to
be drawn.

width of the rectangle in decipoints.
Horizontal Rectangle Size (Spots)
Purpose The Horizontal Rectangle Size (Spots) command defines, in spots
