Determine DASD sizes for disks to receive service

In order to receive the service from the RSU Tape, you need to have

required sizes are identified in the Tivoli ADSM for VM documentation
(5654A09A MEMO D) received in the previous step.

Merge the APPLY disks for Tivoli ADSM for VM

Next, you must prepare your system to receive the service from the RSU
Tape. To do this, you must first clear the alternate APPLY disk for receipt of
the service from the RSU Tape.

Enter the VMFMRDSK command to merge the alternate APPLY disk to the
production APPLY disk. This will clear the alternate APPLY disk.

Obtain additional information about the Tivoli ADSM for VM service on the
RSU and how it will affect your local modifications by invoking the VMFPSU
