The output from the finisher is
curled and a paper misfeed has
occurred with the finisher.

A paper misfeed may have occurred because of curled paper
in the output tray. If the paper output is curled, remove the
paper from the paper tray and load it again after turning it
over.

Windows 95/98/Me/2000/NT
4.0:

The computer does not recog-
nize the installed printer op-
tions.

If the connection to the printer is not bidirectional, the com-
puter cannot automatically recognize the installed printer
options.

Options might not be configured correctly. In this case spec-
ify which options you have installed using the printer driver.
