INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR MPE-27 LEVELING LEG FIELD FIX KIT (CATALOG NUMBER - H5808)
GENERAL INFORMATION
This kit was designed to provide an alternate leg configuration for use when previously used bracketed legs may interfere with tightly framed
installations.
Kit Contents:
Rubber Legs - Four (4), Sheet Metal Screws - Four (4), Instruction Sheet - One (1).
Tools Required:
Phillips screwdriver, or Drill-Driver with Phillips Bit.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Disconnect power and allow the electric fireplace to cool before starting any work.
Step 1. Tilt the unit back and rest it on its rear panel.
Step 2. Unscrew the eight (8) screws and remove the four (4) leveling brackets with legs from both sides of the fireplace ( see Figure 1 ).
Step 3. Remove the four existing screws from the bottom of the fireplace and discard.
Step 4. Attach the provided rubber legs with provided sheet metal screws to the fireplace bottom, using the existing mounting location ( Figure 1 ).
Step 5. Return the fireplace to its upright position.
