Before installing Nikon Capture 4:
• Uninstall any earlier versions of Nikon Capture.
• Nikon Capture 4 version 4.2 can be used with either PictureProject or the latest version of Nikon View.

Before Starting Nikon Capture 4 Camera Control (D2-series / D100/D70 Only)

If you are using a D2-series, D100 or D70 digital camera, set the USB option in the cam era setup menu
to PTP before starting Nikon Capture 4 Camera Control.

Mac OS X

Installing Nikon Capture 4 on a Macintosh

Before installing Nikon Capture 4, make sure that your computer meets the following system
re quire ments.
