TROUBLESHOOTING

PROBLEM: The appliance does not start. The display shows HHH
CAUSE:
The appliance is still hot after the previous baking procedure
SOLUTION: Pull out the plug, take out the baking pan and leave it to cool at room temperature.
then insert the plug and start again.

Error with the prescriptions
PROBLEM: The bread rises too fast
CAUSE:
Too much yeast, too much flour, not enough salt or several of these causes
SOLUTION: a/b

PROBLEM: The bread does not rise at all or not enougth
CAUSE:
No yeast at all or too little
SOLUTION: a/b

CAUSE: Old or stale yeast
SOLUTION: e

CAUSE: Liquid too hot
SOLUTION: c

CAUSE: The yeast has come into contact with the liquid
SOLUTION: d

CAUSE: Wrong flour type or stale flour
SOLUTION: e

CAUSE: Too much or not enough liquid
SOLUTION: a/b/g

CAUSE: Not enough sugar
SOLUTION: a/b

PROBLEM: The dough rises too much and spills over the baking pan
CAUSE:
If the water is too soft the yeast ferments more
SOLUTION: f

CAUSE: Too much milk affects the fermentation of the yeast
SOLUTION: c

PROBLEM: The bread goes down in the middle
CAUSE:
The dough volume is larger than the pan and the bread goes down.
SOLUTION: a/f
