Installing Software Options
Installing New Software Options in an Existing Network
Install New
Software Follow these steps if you are installing new software options in an existing network
and you want to get the serial number for a remote node at a central site:
Step Action
1 Place a call to the CTP at a remote node.
2 Log in to the remote node.
3 Access the Node Stats and get the serial number.
If you configure the key remotely, boot the node to activate the link.
The link will go down during the node boot.
