1) Log into your router.
2) Open the Base Station Management Tool, and then click Security.
3) On the Security menu, click Port Forwarding, and then click Set up persistent port forwarding.
4) In the Description box, type a description of the server field such as: VeoCam
5) In the Inbound port box, type in: 80, 1600
6) In the Type box, select the protocol as TCP.
7) In the Private IP address box, type in the IP Address of the Observer network camera. For example, type in:
192.168.2.3
8) In the Private port boxes, type in: 80, 1600
9) Click Apply to save the changes you have made. The Observer should now be configured to work with your
router and be accessible from the Internet.

1) Log into your router.
2) Click Advanced->Port Forwarding on the left side of the page.
3) Click Add Custom Service.
4) Enter the following information on the page:
Service Name: VeoWeb
Starting Port: 80
Ending Port: 80
Server IP Address: Type in the camera's IP address, for example: 192.168.0.3
5) Click Apply to save the settings.
6) Enter the following information on the page:
Service Name: VeoCam
Starting Port: 1600
Ending Port: 1600
Server IP Address: Type in the camera's IP address, for example: 192.168.0.3
7) Click Apply to save the settings. The Observer should now be configured to work with your router and be
accessible from the Internet.
MR314 - Cable/DSL Wireless Router
1) Log into your router.
2) Click Advanced on the left side of the page.
3) Click on Ports.
4) Enter the following information on the page:
Line #1:
Start Port: 80
End Port: 80
Server IP Address: Type in the camera's IP address, for example: 192.168.0.3
Line #2:
Start Port: 1600
End Port: 1600
Server IP Address: Type in the camera's IP address, for example: 192.168.0.3
