Important environmental information about this
product
This symbol on the device or the package indicates
that disposal of the device after its lifecycle could
harm the environment. Do not dispose of the unit (or
batteries) as unsorted municipal waste; it should be
taken to a specialized company for recycling. This
device should be returned to your distributor or to a local
recycling service. Respect the local environmental rules.
If in doubt, contact local waste disposal authorities.
Keep the adapter away from children and
unauthorized users.
Indoor use only. Keep this device away from rain
and moisture. Never put objects filled with liquid on
top of or close to the device.
DO NOT disassemble or open the cover under any
circumstances. Touching live wires can cause life-
threatening electroshocks.
The housing might heat up during usage. Keep
minimum distances around the apparatus for
sufficient ventilation. The ventilation should not be
impeded by covering the ventilation openings with
items, such as newspapers, table-cloths, curtains,
etc. Place the device on a flat heat resistant surface,
do not place the device on carpets, fabrics, …
Always disconnect mains power when the device is
not in use or when servicing or maintenance
activities are performed. Do not pull the cable!
Keep this device away from extreme heat.
Protect this device from shocks and abuse. Avoid
brute force when operating the device.
Do not use the device when damage to housing or
cables is noticed. Do not attempt to service the
device yourself but contact an authorised dealer.
• All power supplies of type PSINxxxx are intended
for installation by qualified personnel only.
• For safety reasons, the power supply must be
mounted inside a protective enclosure, with
adequate ventilation.
• In case of doubt contact your dealer.
• Familiarise yourself with the functions of the device before
actually using it.
• All modifications of the device are forbidden for safety
reasons. Damage caused by user modifications to the
device is not covered by the warranty.
• Only use the device for its intended purpose. Using the
device in an unauthorised way will void the warranty.
• Damage caused by disregard of certain guidelines in this
information sheet is not covered by the warranty and the
dealer will not accept responsibility for any ensuing defects
or problems.
• Make sure the electronic device for which the adapter will be
used is technically compliant and compatible with the adapter.

software or damage to a connected device. Before connecting
a device you should make sure that both the voltage and
polarity are correct. Do not change either voltage or polarity
during operation. Contact your local dealer when in doubt.

Dit symbool op het toestel of de verpakking geeft
aan dat, als het na zijn levenscyclus wordt
weggeworpen, dit toestel schade kan toebrengen
aan het milieu. Gooi dit toestel (en eventuele
batterijen) niet bij het gewone huishoudelijke afval;
het moet bij een gespecialiseerd bedrijf terechtkomen voor
recyclage. U moet dit toestel naar uw verdeler of naar een
lokaal recyclagepunt brengen. Respecteer de plaatselijke
milieuwetgeving. Hebt u vragen, contacteer dan de
plaatselijke autoriteiten betreffende de verwijdering.
Houd de voeding uit de buurt van kinderen en
onbevoegden.
Gebruik het toestel enkel binnenshuis. Bescherm
dit toestel tegen regen en vochtigheid. Plaats geen
objecten gevuld met vloeistof op het toestel.
Demonteer of open dit toestel NOOIT. Raak geen
kabels aan die onder stroom staan om dodelijke
elektroshocks te vermijden.
Bij gebruik kan de behuizing opwarmen. Houd
voldoende ruimte rondom het toestel vrij voor een
goede ventilatie. De verluchtingsgaten mogen nooit
afgedekt worden papier, tafellakens, gordijnen, enz.
Plaats het toestel op een effen en hittebestendig
oppervlak. Plaats het toestel nooit op (kamerbreed)
tapijt, textiel…
Trek de stekker uit het stopcontact (trek niet aan de
kabel!) voordat u het toestel reinigt en als u het niet
gebruikt.
Bescherm tegen extreme hitte.
Bescherm tegen schokken en vermijd brute kracht
tijdens de bediening.
Gebruik het toestel niet indien de behuizing of de
kabels beschadigd is. Repareer het toestel niet zelf;
neem contact op met een erkende dealer.
De installatie van voedingen van het type PSINxxxx
mag uitsluitend door gekwalificeerd personeel
worden uitgevoerd. Om veiligheidsredenen moet de
voeding in een behuizing gemonteerd worden. Zorg
voor voldoende ventilatie. Neem bij twijfel contact op
met uw verdeler.
• Leer eerst de functies van het toestel kennen voor u het
gaat gebruiken.
• Om veiligheidsredenen mag u geen wijzigingen
aanbrengen. Schade door wijzigingen die de gebruiker heeft
aangebracht valt niet onder de garantie.
• Gebruik het toestel enkel waarvoor het gemaakt is. Bij
onoordeelkundig gebruik vervalt de garantie.
• De garantie geldt niet voor schade door het negeren van
bepaalde richtlijnen in deze instructienota en uw dealer zal
de verantwoordelijkheid afwijzen voor defecten of
problemen die hier rechtstreeks verband mee houden.
• Controleer of het elektronische toestel technisch conform en
compatible is met deze voeding.
Velleman is niet aansprakelijk voor schade aan of verlies van
gegevens, of schade aan een aangesloten toestel. Controleer
zowel de spanning als de polariteit alvorens een toestel aan
te sluiten. Wijzig nooit de spanning of de polariteit tijdens het
gebruik. Contacteer uw plaatselijke dealer bij twijfel.
Raadpleeg de Velleman® service- en kwaliteitsgarantie
achteraan deze instructienota. Gebruik dit toestel enkel met
originele accessoires. Velleman nv is niet aansprakelijk voor

Ce symbole sur l'appareil ou l'emballage indique que
l’élimination d’un appareil en fin de vie peut polluer
l'environnement. Ne pas jeter un appareil électrique

déchèterie traitera l’appareil en question. Renvoyer les
équipements usagés à votre fournisseur ou à un service de

Garder l’alimentation hors de portée de
personnes non qualifiées et de jeunes

Utiliser cet appareil uniquement à l'intérieur.
Protéger l’appareil contre la pluie et l’humidité. Ne
jamais placer d’objet contenant un liquide sur
l’appareil.
NE JAMAIS désassembler ou ouvrir le boîtier.
Toucher un câble sous tension peut causer des
électrochocs mortels.
Le boîtier chauffe pendant l’usage. Libérer l’espace
autour de l’appareil afin de garantir une ventilation
adéquate. Éviter de couvrir les fentes d’aération
avec des journaux, des nappes, des rideaux, etc.
Placer l’appareil sur une surface plate et résistante
à la chaleur. Éviter de placer l’appareil sur une
moquette, un tapis, du textile…
Débrancher l’appareil s’il n’est pas utilisé ou pour
le nettoyer. Ne pas tirer sur le câble !
Protéger contre la chaleur extrême
Protéger contre les chocs et le traiter avec
circonspection pendant l’opération.
Ne pas utiliser cet appareil en cas
d’endommagement visible au boîtier ou au câble.
Confier toute réparation à votre revendeur agréé.
L'installation des alimentations du type PSINxxxx,
doit être effectuée par du personnel qualifié.
Pour des raisons de sécurité, l'alimentation doit
être montée dans un boîtier. Veiller à assurer une
ventilation suffisante.
En cas de doute, contacter votre revendeur.
• Se familiariser avec le fonctionnement avant l’emploi.
• Toute modification est interdite pour des raisons de
sécurité. Les dommages occasionnés par des modifications
par le client ne tombent pas sous la garantie.
• N’utiliser qu’à sa fonction prévue. Un usage impropre
annule d'office la garantie.
• La garantie ne s’applique pas aux dommages survenus en
négligeant certaines directives de cette fiche d’information
et votre revendeur déclinera toute responsabilité pour les
problèmes et les défauts qui en résultent.
• S’assurer que l’appareil à connecter soit techniquement
conforme et compatible avec l’alimentation.

está dañado. La reparación debe ser realizada por
personal especializado.
