Installation Instructions

1.

Determine the amount of camber change needed before beginning.
This kit will give 0 to +3/4

°

of camber change. If more change is

needed, use Ingalls’ SmartArm

TM

. Contact distributor for information.

2.

Raise rear of vehicle and support vehicle on jack stands under body
so the tire just touches the ground. The tire/rim assembly may be
removed for easier access to the support arm.

3.

Loosen the upper support arm to inner fender bolts so the gap
between the support arm bar and the inner fender is wide enough to
place the spacers.

4.

Remove one bolt at a time, add the required number of spacers
(each spacer gives +1/4

°

of camber change) under the bar and

replace the OE bolt with one of the new bolts supplied in the kit.

5.

Repeat step 4 with the other bolt. NOTE: Place the same number of
spacers at each mounting bolt location.

6.

Tighten the support arm bolts to 28 ft-lbs (38 N-M) and replace the
tire/rim assembly if previously removed.

7.

Lower the vehicle on to skid plates and verify camber is within
manufacturers specifications.

8.

Check and set rear toe to specifications.
