Preferences Tab
CE Batch Utility options for language localization and upload processing
are set in the Preferences tab.
1. Select Portable > Synchronize CE Device > Synchronize CE Device
Selection from the ribbon in the workstation application. The Batch
Synchronization Utility opens.
2. Click the Preferences tab to bring this portion of the tab to the front.
The Preferences tab contains two panes:
• The left pane lists the preference selections available in this tab.
They include Localization and Upload Processing.
Localization Options
The Localization feature allows you to configure text in the CE Batch Por-
table Application and in the Batch Synchronization Utility so that it com-
plies with your in-house terminology. When you select a localization
option, the right pane displays the options available for your selection.
