9500 S2XP Restrictor Installation and Calibration

Overview

The S2XP restrictor is shipped in two pieces. The
restrictor must be installed in separate steps to allow for
sensor calibration.

It is recommended you follow all steps in this instruction
sheet to properly set up your TROLL 9500 S2XP
system.

pH, ORP, and Conductivity Calibration

1. Detach the Cal Cup from the TROLL 9500. The Cal

Cup contains a small amount of liquid to hydrate the
pH sensor during shipment. Discard this liquid.

2. Thoroughly rinse the sensors with clean water.

3. Fill the Cal Cup to the fill line with Quick Cal solution.

Reinstall the Cal Cup on the TROLL 9500. See
Figure 1.2. Do not over-tighten.

4. In Win-Situ 4, click on Parameters in the Navigation

tree.

5. Click Quick Cal. Select pH, ORP, and Conductivity.

6. Click Start. You must hold the TROLL 9500 vertically

for proper calibration.

7. Allow the calibration to run until indicators reach

Stable. Check calibration coefficients to ensure a
proper calibration.
