Indicators tab. To access the Key Performance Indicators tab, see

.

The same set of KPI records are also displayed in the Key Performance Indicators section under
the Dashboard Overview tab. For more information, see

“Key Performance Indicators – Dashboard”

(page 97)

You can view KPI records based on the following:

A start and end date and time other than the predefined interval (Data for Custom duration
from the Display list).

A View type other than the applied view type (Advanced or Basic).

To apply the new setting, click OK. A combination of the above selections is also possible.

If there are many KPI records listed, use the Previous and Next buttons to browse through the list.

Viewing a threshold summary

NOTE:

To understand the threshold summary information provided in this section, see

“Threshold

monitoring” (page 34)

.

The threshold summary (threshold summary value) for a performance object indicates the percentage
of time the object remained at a specific state during the overall duration. The threshold summary
value for a counter is calculated only if the corresponding object is threshold monitored. The
threshold states include Normal, Minor, and Major. For more information on threshold summary
values, see

“Threshold summary value” (page 35)

. For more information on threshold states, see

“Correlation between color blocks and status icons – Threshold Summary chart” (page 96)

.

By default, the threshold summary is based on the performance data collected over the last hour.
You can select other predefined intervals or a custom duration. HP P6000 Performance Advisor
considers the current server time to fetch and display the threshold summary data. For more
information on selecting a duration, see

“Using the Display option” (page 15)
