General Installation Notes:
Please read instructions completely before beginning installation. If you
have any questions please call.
Before starting installation, scotch vehicle tires to avoid accidental
movement of the vehicle. Do not attempt to install this product while
the engine is running. Disconnect negative battery cable before begin-
ning installation.
We recommend applying anti-seize lubricant to all aluminum threads
before final assembly.
Refer to Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 for the
component names.
Step 1: Unhook the pedal spring from
the pedal rod to relieve the
tension.

original throttle pedal pad from
the pedal rod by pulling the
pivot pin out of the original
pedal pad.
Step 2: Install the new throttle pedal
pad onto the throttle pedal back
using the #8-32 x 3/16" button
head screws. The throttle pedal
back will be positioned with the
pivot pin holes closest to the
center of the pad.

Step 3: Position the throttle pedal pad
on the pedal rod. Insert the
original pivot pin (not included)
through the left side of the
throttle pedal back, and then
through the pedal rod. Position
the original throttle pedal spring
(not included) into the throttle
pedal back. Push the pivot pin
through the throttle pedal spring
and then through the right side
of the throttle pedal back.
