6 Press / to select “PDC/VPS”.
7 Press / to select “ON” or “OFF”.
8 Press / to select “Record?”.
9 Press / to select “OK”, and then press ENTER.
10 Press EPG to exit the menu.
• Make sure to leave the VCR power on when preset-
ting TV programmes for recording.
• You can return to the programme list screen by
pressing RETURN.
• This function is available only when recording equip-
ment has been connected to the INPUT 2 or 3 termi-
nal with the i/o Link.A activated, using a SCART
cable.
• For programmes preset (for recording) using the
EPG, you can perform deletion or change only on the
recording equipment (VCR or DVD recorder) which is
a transfer destination.
Selecting a programme for immediate
watch
Using the EPG, you can also select a TV programme
currently on air to immediately start watching.
1 Press EPG.
2 Press / to select the desired programme
currently on air, and then press ENTER.

• Information about the selected programme

3 Press the green button.
• The EPG menu is quitted and the selected TV
