Handle the module at the edges of the board

Don’t touch or allow contact to the module
components, otherwise damage may occur.

1. Remove control box screws and cover.

2. Disconnect all electrical leads from the ignition

control terminals.

3. Disconnect high voltage ignition cable.

4. Remove the four ignition control module mounting

screws. See Fig. 10.

2. Disconnect the electrical leads from the ON/OFF

switch.

3. Remove the rubber boot from the ON/OFF switch.

See Fig. 9. Remove the switch from the control box.

1. Remove valve grounding and air housing attachment

screw. See Fig.11.

2. Remove air housing with gas control from venturi tube.

3. Using a 6 mm hex nut driver, remove the orifice. See

Fig.12

4. Clean or replace the orifice. Reinstall orifice into the air

housing. Do not overtighten the orifice as threads can
be stripped.

Orifice size is stamped on the flat of orifice hex,
indicating size in millimeters. Sizes are: LP gas: 94
(0.94 mm), Natural gas: 1.2 (1.2 mm)
