Introduction
The Series 298 Actuator Manifolds act as the interface between the Series 252
Servovalves, the Series 318 Load Units, and the Series 244 Actuators. The
actuator manifold can be mounted directly to the load unit or actuator and can
accommodate up to two servovalves. Three models are available:
•
The Model 298.10 Actuator Manifold ports hydraulic fluid through the
actuator. Hydraulic control is at the hydraulic power unit (HPU).
•
The Model 298.11 Actuator Manifold turns hydraulic pressure to the
actuator on and off.
•
The Model 298.12 Actuator Manifold applies low hydraulic pressure and
ramps the pressure between low and high pressure.
