A. Place the Candle Cover (R) over the Socket as shown.

Install Bulb and Bulb Shield

A. This fixture uses T8 Candelabra Filament Bulbs. Maximum
60 watts.
B. Insert bulb and seat properly into place.
Your lamp wall fixture is now assembled and ready to use.

Attach Shade to Fixture

A. Place the Shade (M) into the Shade Holder (S). Line up the
Mounting Hole on the Shade Holder (S) and Hole on the
bottom end of the Side Arms (P). Secure by threading the
Lock Screw (N) into the Stud on the Shade Holder (S). Hand
tighten until sung.
