WEIGH BEAM SET-UP
1.
Take weigh beams on pallet to an area where it will be used.
2.
Unpack weigh beams and place it on the floor.
NOTE: THE LEVELING FEET ARE TURNED ALL THE WAY INTO THE
SCALE TO PREVENT DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING. IT IS IMPORTANT
YOU SCREW THE FEET OUT AN EQUAL NUMBER OF TURNS BEFORE
USE.
3.
Use the feet to level the weigh beams.
4.
Unpack cable from weigh beams.
5.
Connect cable to indicator by connector.
6.
Plug AC adapter in to indicator then to power outlet. Make sure that AC voltage
appearing at the wall outlet match the input voltage marked on the AC adapter.
7.
Turn indicator on. The indicator will count down then indicate zero weight. If it does
not, then press the ZERO key.
8.
If using a platform with the weigh beams place it across the weigh beams then press
the TARE key.
You are now ready to use the weigh beams. If you see any error message or the scale does
not function properly, call 1-800–458-7062 for assistance.
