Any defect of the Polycom SoundStation (the “Product") in materials or workmanship.

One year from your date of purchase of the Product.
W'hat we will do
If your Polycom Product is defective and returned to a Polycom authorized service facility within
one year of the date of purchase, we will repair it or, at our option, replace it at no charge to you.
LIMFLED WARRANTY AND DISCLAIMER
The above warranty does not apply to damaged products resulting from accidents, misase,
service, or modification by anyone other than Polycom. Inc., or its authorized service facilities. This
warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is not tran.sferable.
ANY LIABILITY OF POLYCOM WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT OR THE
PERFORMANCE THEREOF DNDER ANY WARRANTY. NEGLIGENCE. STRICT LIABILITY,
