After formatting and then execution of disk inspection,
FILE001.CHK file can be created upon confirmation of the
registered information.
In case of resetting after connection of the PC with main body,
F01:FOUND.000,BOOTEX.LOG file can be created.
Even though these files are formed, they are not bad files. They
can be used after deletion.
