Troubleshooting

If you encounter any problems with the display, please double check the following quick solutions
below. If this troubleshooting section does not solve your problems with the display, please contact your
local dealer or DynaScan Technology, Inc. directly.

Problem

Recommended Solution

Issue: DynaScan 360° display does not turn ON.

Check the connections of all cables, and plugs.
Check if the power switches are in ON position.
Check DynaScan display circuit breakers.
Check building circuit breaker.

Issue: No video appears on the screen.

Check the video player power button is turned ON.
Check video cable connections.
Check the power for the display.
Check video source and/or if software is playing.

Issue: Screen is flashing unstably.

Restart the player.
If the same problem persists, check the power and the
connection of the power plug.

Issue: Abnormal color and/or sound.
Issue: Screen displays improperly.
Issue: Flickering.
