CONGRATULATIONS!!! You have obtained one of the best antennas on the market
today! We hope that you will be happy with your new DH Satellite antenna.
To better acquaint you with our system, we ask that upon receipt of our product, you
carefully read the
i
nstruction manual and verify that all of the equipment has been
supplied. It is DH's policy to make every effort to assure you that your installation of
our DH equipment is not delayed due to any missing parts. DH will provide RED
label service for any missing parts if the factory is notified within five days of when you
receive our equipment
.
After five days
,
DH will only provide regular UPS service
for up to 30 days from the date of delivery for any missing parts.
After 30 days from
delivery, the parts/shipping warranty will be void.
It will be the owner's responsibil-
ity to pay for shipping and missing parts after the shipping warranty is void
.
