In the Installation Completed window, you have the following options:
•
If you install only iMC BIMS without any patches, select the Open deployment monitoring agent
check box and then click Finish to start deployment. For the detailed deployment procedure, refer to
section “
•
If you continue to install patches, select the Install other iMC BIMS Components check box and then
click Finish to start the automatic patch installation process.

You can directly click Finish to close the window without selecting any of the two check boxes. Then
on your PC, you can select Start > All Programs > H3C iMC BIMS > H3C Deployment Monitoring
Agent to open deployment monitoring agent and perform relevant operations.
NOTE:
To open the Intelligent Deployment Monitoring Agent on Linux, you must run the dma.sh file in
/iMC/deploy of the installation directory.
Besides the previous installation methods, you can also install a patch with either of the following
approaches:
•
After installing and deploying iMC BIMS, select Start > All Programs > H3C iMC BIMS > H3C
Deployment Monitoring Agent and click Install in the Monitor tab to begin installation.

In the system tray, right-click the Intelligent Deployment Monitoring Agent icon and select Install
from the popup menu to install a new patch.
