Using the Directory
Viewing the Directory
1. Press the DSC key.
2. Select DIRECTORY .
3. Select a station name in your directory.
4. Press the
CLEAR key to return to the previous screen. Press the MENU key to return to
the Home screen.
Adding an Individual Entry to the Directory
1. Press the DSC key.
2. Select DIRECTORY > ADD ENTRY .
3. Enter the MMSI number.
4. Enter a name. You can enter up to 10 characters.
5. Select
ACCEPT to save your changes to the directory. Select BACK to return to the
previous screen without saving your changes. Press the MENU key at any time to return
to the Home screen.
Editing an Individual Entry in the Directory
1. Press the DSC key.
2. Select DIRECTORY > EDIT ENTRY .
3. Select an entry in the directory.
4. Change the characters in the MMSI field or the Name field.
5. Select
ACCEPT to save your changes to the directory. Select BACK to return to the
previous screen without saving your changes. Press the MENU key to return to the
Home screen.
Deleting an Individual Entry from the Directory
1. Press the DSC key.
2. Select DIRECTORY > DELETE .
3. Select the entry to delete.
4. Select
YES to delete the entry. Select NO to quit the action and return to the directory
list. Press the CLEAR key at any time to return to the previous screen without saving
your changes. Press the MENU key to return to the Home screen.
