Troubleshooting
Unbalanced load prevented the
washer from spinning.
Door lock is open when washer is
running.
The washer failed to lock the door.
Water temperature control problem.
The washer has tried to fill but has
not reached the proper water level.
The door will not unlock.
Motor not running properly.
The washer is not draining.
The washer has tried to fill but was
unsuccessful.
Problem with control.
Redistribute the load, press Start/Pause.
Press Power Off pad then restart the cycle. If the
code reappears, call for service, see below.
Close the door tightly and restart the cycle.
Call for service, see below.
Call for service, see below.
Make sure the door is firmly closed.
Push the Power Off pad and wait two minutes for
the door to unlock.
OR
Unplug the washer for two minutes and plug back in.

Make sure the water faucets are open all the way.
Check for kinked hoses.
Check inlet screens on fill hoses.
