Implementation Planning

This chapter provides an overview of implementation planning activities and tasks, which
are designed to ensure a VSM5 system is properly configured, tested, and certified ac-
cording to customer requirements.

Table 3-1

provides an overview of high-level activities, sub-tasks, and participants encom-

passed by the implementation planning process.

testing, and certification of the VSM5

• Assess personnel requirements for

knowledge-transfer and hands-on
training; facilitate scheduling and com-
pletion of training activities.
