• To save power consumption
– when you reduce backlight setting (the brightness of the screen), the power consumption reduce.
– the “Eco” settings (e.g. “Power Saving”, “Idle TV Standby”) help you to reduce the power consumption and
thus save money by reducing electricity bills.
– when you switch off the TV using the ENERGY SAVING SWITCH (only certain models), power
consumption will be almost zero.
