TUNE/FF-REW/FOLDER BUTTON
Ⅲ Press the TUNE/FF-REW/FOLDER button to manually tune the radio.
Ⅲ If playing a CD, press the TUNE/FF-REW/FOLDER button to fast forward or
reverse the CD.
Ⅲ If playing a CD that is formatted for MP3s, press the TUNE/FF-REW/FOLDER button
to skip folders. Press and hold the button to fast forward or reverse an MP3 CD.

INTERFACE SYSTEM FOR iPod
ா (if so equipped)
Ⅲ If equipped with the iPodா outlet connector, your
vehicle will have a specialized cable for connect-
ing your iPod
ா to the vehicle audio unit.
Ⅲ The iPodா outlet connector is located on the
lower center of the instrument panel.
Ⅲ Connect the cable to the outlet
, then con-
nect the other end of the cable to your iPod
ா.
Ⅲ Your iPodா will charge while it is connected to
the vehicle.*
iPOD
ா PLAYING / CONTROLS
Ⅲ When your iPodா is connected to the vehicle, it can only be operated by using the
vehicle’s audio controls.
Ⅲ Press the iPODா button on the radio to switch the audio system to iPodா mode.
Ⅲ Press the iPODா MENU button on the radio to show the interface for iPodா operation
on the audio display.
Ⅲ Use the SEEK/TRACK , ENTER and BACK buttons on the radio to navigate and select
items on the audio display.
Ⅲ Press the DISP TEXT button to display the program information for what is being
played on the iPod
ா.
Ⅲ Press the SEEK/TRACK button to skip to the beginning of the next track or return to the
beginning of the current track.
Ⅲ Press the TUNE/FF-REW/FOLDER button while the iPodா is playing to fast forward
or reverse the iPod
ா as it plays. When the button is released, the iPodா will return to
normal play speed.
DISCONNECTING THE iPOD
ா
Ⅲ To disconnect the cable from the vehicle outlet, fully depress the center connector
button to unlatch the connector and pull the connector straight out of the outlet.
Ⅲ To disconnect the cable from your iPodா, fully depress the side connector buttons and
pull the iPod
ா connector straight out of the iPodா.
*iPod
ா charge through the interface system may only be supported via use of FireWireா
devices. See Dealer for details.
