When you scroll past the last record, the total
record number appears, then the first record.
When you scroll past the first record, the total
record number appears, then the last record.

The top line of each record shows the date,
time and the number of calls from that num-
ber. The second line shows the caller’s
name, and the third line shows the caller’s
phone number.

To exit the Caller ID record display, press

CID

.

CALLER ID MESSAGES

ADDING/DELETING
THE AREA CODE

When the area code of the received call is
the same as the one you stored (see “Storing
Your Area Code” on Page 12), the caller ID

record does not show the area code. If it is
different, the record shows the area code.
However, you can add or delete the area
code on the display. When the record is on
the display, press

3

to add or delete the area

code. Pressing

again deletes or adds the

area code.

DIALING NUMBERS FROM
A CALLER ID RECORD

To dial a local number stored in a Caller ID
record, recall the record, then press
