• Format Memory: formats the internal
memory erasing all data. Warning: This will
erase all data on the device. Be sure you
have backup copies before selecting this.
• Format External Memory: if a MicroSD card
is present, this will format it erasing all
data. Warning: This will erase all data on
the memory card. Be sure you have backup
copies before selecting this.
• System check: will perform a self diagnos-
tic.
• Reset: this will restore the player to its
default settings.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Player cannot power on
Check if the battery power is out. If it is, connect the
player via USB or wall charger, then try to power on.
No sound in earphones
Check if the volume has been set to 0.
Check if the earphones are fully plugged in.
Loud Noise
Check whether the earphone plug is clean, dirt can
cause noise.
