Printer Properties Tabs
When the Printer Properties are displayed, the print job settings can be reviewed and
changed. The Properties window consists of 5 tabs:
- Paper
- Image Quality
- Page Layout
- Watermark
- About
If the Printer Properties are accessed through the Printers folder, additional Windows-based
tabs are available.

to documentation
provided with
Windows. For details on the printer settings available on each tab, please refer to the printer driver on-
line Help.
NOTE: If the Printer Properties are accessed through the Printers folder, any settings made will
become the default settings for the printer. Settings made when the Printer Properties are accessed
through an application File menu and
Print or Page Setup will remain active until the application being
used is closed.
