The database is backed up. (Note the default location of your database
backup file; it is found in the Destination portion of the Backup Data-
base window, shown above.)
Database Restore with SQL Server Management Studio
You are able to use SQL Server Management Studio to restore (or recover)
a backup of your IntelliTrack database in the event of data loss or damage.
To use SQL Server Management Studio to restore a database backup to
your IntelliTrack application, please refer to the instructions below.
Important: In order to restore your IntelliTrack database, you must first
back it up. The restore operation will restore a backup of your IntelliTrack
database. For more information about backing up your IntelliTrack data-
base with Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio, please see
Backup with SQL Server Management Studio” on page 307
.

Open Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio by selecting Start >
All Programs > Microsoft SQL Server 2008/2008 R2 > SQL Server
Management Studio.

The Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio opens. The Connect to
Server dialog also appears onscreen. Connect to the IntelliTrack
instance of the Microsoft SQL Server Database Engine. (Enter the Int-
elliTrack Server Name, and your login and password and then select
the Connect button.)
