Green rapid flash—Being recognized by controller; flashes flash rapidly when
battery first installed and until recognized by controller
Green slow flash—Discharging, cache module being powered by battery; action
required
Amber flashing—Fault condition

Do not remove a controller from the chassis while the controllers status LED is green. Removing an
active controller (green LED) may result in data loss.
