Install the hot-plug SFF drive cage
1. Install the hot-plug SFF drive cage.
2. Connect the cables to the drive cage backplane.
3. Install the front shipping plate (" Install the shipping brackets and shipping plates " on page 19 ).
4. Install the server into the chassis (" Installing the server into the chassis " on page 31 ).
5. Connect the peripheral cables.
6. Power up the server (on page 15 ).
Remove the shipping brackets and shipping plates
To remove the component:
1. Power down the server (on page 15 ).
2. Disconnect all peripheral cables from the server.
3. Remove the server from the chassis (on page 15 ).
