Why does an image not transfer to a smartphone?
Movies are not transferred automatically. Select (Settings) [Copy from Connected Device], then
select images to transfer to the smartphone.
If you are using iOS 6 or later and cannot copy images, set to permit access from "PlayMemories
Mobile" with [Settings] [Privacy] [Photos].
