After Installing this
Navigation System
1 Reconnecting the battery.
First, double-check that all connections are
correct and that this product is installed cor-
rectly. Reassemble all vehicle components
that you previously removed. Then reconnect
the negative (
–) cable to the negative (–) term-
inal of the battery.
2 Start the engine.
3 Press RESET button.
Press RESET button on the navigation unit
using a pointed object such as the tip of a
pen.
4 Enter the following settings:
1 Make any necessary installation angle ad-
justments. (Refer to the operation manual.)
2 Change [ Regional Settings] if necessary.
(Refer to the operation manual.)
3 Drive until the initialised sensors start oper-
ating normally.
Set the navigation system as explained in the
operation manual or hardware manual.
Note
After installing this navigation system, be sure to
check at a safe place that the vehicle is perform-
ing normally.
