7. ELLIPSE METER

（１） At the MAIN MENU screen, choose the ELLIPSE with the UP/DOWN switch, press the ENTER switch to

confirm, and then the ellipse meter will display.

（２） The digital display can display the present data value, the peak value, and the Airflow correction factor.

（３） The ellipse meter displays the present value on real time.

（４）Displayed item setting method

① Press ENTER to select the controlled channel. (Above figure: PASS) Press the UP/DOWN switch to

select from the three channels (CH1⇒CH2⇒PASS), then press ENTER to confirm.

② Then the data item will be selected next. (Above figure: TACHO) Press the UP/DOWN switch to select

and ENTER to confirm.

※By pressing the UP switch, the monitoring data items will scroll from ①TAHO～⑤OPT2. Vice versa

with the DOWN switch.

③ Ｔhe ELLIPSE METER begins to display the monitoring data.

※The Air Flow correction factor is carried out in real time and also the present value is displayed in real

time.

【Caution】

・

Only when PR (pressure) sensor is chosen, the display of IN-MF (induction pipe pressure) will be

effective, and can be displayed.

・

When the Karman sensor is chosen, the Airflow voltage display will not take effect and voided, and it

cannot be displayed.

・

When nothing is operated for over 5 seconds at the time of setup, it will go back to the usual monitoring

screen. However, the setting changes carried out by then will take effect.

（５）Operation method

The operation method at the time of monitoring data display screen is the same as the NEEDLE METER

operation method. See Pg 13 V-6- (5)
