Hot Potato Chicken Game Instructions
ATTENTION:
Batteries are included for demonstration, and not intended as part of the purchase price of the Hot
Potato Chicken Game. It is recommended that they should be replaced with 2 “AA” size batteries
at time of purchase. Replacing the batteries is recommended only under adult supervision.
BATTERY INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Pull Velcro Strips apart in back of Hot Potato Chicken (located above tail).
2. Pull apart 2

layer of Velcro Strips and locate Battery Box.
3. Gently pull out Battery Box. Do not disconnect Battery Box from Hot Potato Chicken.
4. Loosen screw on top of Battery Box and lift cover off.
5. Insert 2 “AA” size batteries into the Battery Box making sure the battery polarity (+/-)
is as indicated.
6. Place battery cover back on Battery Box and tighten screw.
7. Carefully place Battery Box back and close both layers of Velcro Strips.
8. Hot Potato Chicken Game is ready to be played.
HOT POTATO CHICKEN GAME OPERATION:
1. To turn Hot Potato Chicken ON, squeeze left foot.
2. To turn Hot Potato Chicken OFF, squeeze left foot again.
HOW TO PLAY:
1. Press Hot Potato Chicken’s left foot to start the music.
2. Pass Hot Potato Chicken around to participants as fast as you can.
3. When Hot Potato Chicken clucks, the person holding it is OUT!
4. Continue playing game until there is only 1 person left.
IMPORTANT BATTERY INFORMATION:
1. Only use alkaline standard (Carbon- Zinc) batteries. Do not use rechargeable (Nickel
Cadmium) batteries.
2. Do not mix old and new batteries.
3. To avoid leakage or explosion, do not put batteries in fire.
4. Remove the batteries if product is to be left unused for a long time.
5. When the product is not working or the sound is weak and distorted, the batteries
need to be changed.
5. Clean the battery contacts prior to battery installation.
6. Dispose of batteries properly.
