DMX Mode

Allows the unit to be controlled by any universal DMX controller.


Set The DMX Starting Address

1.) To assign a DMX staring address to the fixture, use the <MENU> button to
scroll to Address SET, and press the <ENTER> button. Then use the <UP/
DOWN>
buttons to display any value within the range of 001-512, then push the
<ENTER> button.

DMX Mode Selection

1.) After selecting the starting DMX address as described above, press the
<MENU> repeatedly to navigate to Run Mode, and press <ENTER>. Use the
<UP/DOWN> buttons to navigate to DMX512, and press the <ENTER> button.

Slave Mode

1.) Connect all fixtures together via DMX. The first fixture in the DMX chain will be
the master fixture, followed by the slave fixtures.
2.) For every slave fixture, press the <MENU> repeatedly to navigate to Run
Mode
, and press <ENTER>. Use the <UP/DOWN> buttons to navigate to
Slave, and press the <ENTER> button. Your slave fixtures will now follow the
master fixture.

Auto, Stand-Alone, Sound Active Modes:

Allows single or M/S units to run factory installed programs at user selectable speeds.

Auto Mode

1.) Nova™ has two auto mode speeds to choose from, and both are enabled in
the same manner. Press the <MENU> repeatedly to navigate to Run Mode,
and press <ENTER>. Then simply use the <UP/DOWN> buttons to navigate to
either Fast or Slow, and press the <ENTER> button.

Built-in Programs

1.) Press the <MENU> repeatedly to navigate to Manual, and press <ENTER>.
Then use the <UP/DOWN> buttons to navigate to Light_S, and press the
<ENTER> button. You can now use the <UP/DOWN> buttons to highlight a
value from 000-255, and press <ENTER>. See page 16, channel 14 for exact
built-in program numerical values.

Sound Active Mode

1.) Press the <MENU> repeatedly to navigate to Run Mode, and press
<ENTER>. Then simply use the <UP/DOWN> buttons to navigate to Sound,
and press <ENTER>.
