Setting On Line Tab Options
Set the default PC connection type settings for your system by using the
On Line tab options:

The options are:
Connection
Type Sets the port type to be used when
connecting to a PC. Choose USB or Serial.
Purpose Indicates your reasons for putting your
system on line.
Choose To print to use the system as a
peripheral printer for your PC.
Choose To transfer files to use the
connection for transferring files, or to update
your printing system using the PC upgrade
utility.
