B. UltraFeed VA 4000 and VA 2000
NOTE
The Wirefeeders could be mounted to the
assembled 4 Wheel Trolley Kit with Casters
attached.
1. Install Swivel Casters (front) and Fixed Casters (rear)
to the base plate following instructions as specified
above in Step 5.
2. Turn the wire feeder over and remove the 4 foot-
mounting screws with a #2 philips screwdriver.
3. Discard the rubber feet but retain the screws for future
use.
4. Place the wire feeder on the assembled trolley kit
and align the now vacant foot-screw holes with the
4 holes on the base plate as indicated.
NOTE
The 2 front holes in the base plate will be
above the 2 outside flange holes of the swivel
casters.
5. Place a M6 Spring Washer (item 7) and M6 Flat
Washer (item 8) over each of the 4 foot-mounting
screws. Pass the screws through the base plate
holes and thread them into the 4 foot-screw holes
in the wire feeder. Tighten securely with a #2 philips
screwdriver.
Remove and re-use the 4
foot-mounting screws
