7.Install throttle body hose. Short 2”x 2” silicone
hose goes to the throttle body. Tighten the clamp
on the throttle body. Install the injector & rail on
the intercooler. Plug in Auxiliary Injector. 8. Install the inlet & clamp. Do not tighten the
clamp yet.
9.Trim the rear fender for proper intercooler.
Trim the rear fender for clearance of the turbo &
brackets. 10.Trim the right side of the fender for clearance
for turbo mount. NOTE: This is a good time
weld in the bung if you have a O2 sensor to in-
stall (see location for O2 sensor placement).
11.Before installing the turbo install the turbo
bracket on the turbo leave the bolts slightly
loose for final installation. Install the turbo leave
it loosely fit. 12.Drill a hole in this location for the oil feed
line. Approximately 3/4” hole or a 1” hole if you
have an O2 sensor to install. Install the O2 senor
threw the hole first then the oil feed line.
