Attach two front caster assembly (DN) and two back caster assembly
with locks (DM) to the bottom shelf weldment (DF), using the
wrench (hardware No.14) and twist the casters into the shelf.

Assemble lower left side panel (DC) and lower right side panel
(DD) to the bottom shelf weldment, using hardware No. 2, 4, 3,
and 5 (x6).

Attach the upper cart support (DH) to both side panels, using
hardware No. 6, 7, and 8 (x4).
