For a full explanation of HMCP and the roles it plays in the MAXCS All Software Solution, review the training

presentation “What is HMCP?” in the AltiGen Communications Learning portal

(http://learn.altigen.com/login/index.php). Log in with the same credentials that you use on the AltiGen Partner

Portal.
You will run the AltiGen HMCP Certification tool before you begin the MAXCS installation. This tool helps

measure how many channels can be simultaneously operated in certain conditions; you specify a threshold of

CPU usage. It also measures DPC (Deferred Procedure Call) latency of Microsoft systems.

Before You Begin

We recommend that you take these steps before you begin the installation process:

Have the System key and software license keys available

Make sure you have your login information for the Partner portal
