Press the STATUS/EXIT button to remove the display. A-B
REPEAT will appear on-screen. Beneath it, the letter A will flash
beside the tape counter.

Play, fast forward, or rewind the tape to the position at
which you want to begin playback. Stop the tape, then
press the MEMORY button to set the start position (A).
The flashing A will become a flashing B.

Play or fast forward the tape to the position at which you
want playback to end. Stop the tape, then press the MEM­
ORY button to set the end position (B).
e The length of time between the start position (A) and the end
position (B) must be at least three minutes.

TheTV/VCR will immediately rewind the tape to the start position
(A) and repeat playback to the end position (B) over and oven
(TV programming will appear while the tape is rewinding.)

Helpful Hints
The counter cannot be memorized
or reset when you are using th/s
/eoture.
Positions A and B will be erased
when a tape is ejected or when you
press the REC(ord)/OTR button.
if the TVIVCR is turned off when
you are using this feature, the
TVP/CR will memorize positions A
and 6.
A-B REPEAT wiil not appear on­
screen at step 5 if a tape is not in
theTV/VCR. NO CASSETTE will
flash on-screen briefly.
You cannot rewind or fast forward
beyond points A or B when you are
using this feature.
