Now let's figure out how far back to move the firewall from the normal 2-cycle position. We have already
figured out for you the "A" distance of the Sportster 20 (3-5/16"), the Sportster 40 (3-3/4") and the Sportster
60 (4-1/8"). The chart also takes the spinner used into account. If you use a different spinner than mentioned,
just measure the backplate depth and add that distance to one of the above measurements, depending on
which model you are building.
