Your Thuraya XT has a powerful navigation function that can be
used to determine your current coordinates, the direction and
distance to a destination or to track and navigate routes. In
addition you can send GPS data to a connected PC or laptop or
via SMS or Bluetooth.
4. Navigation
You can get your current position data using the built-in GPS
(Global Positioning System) of your Thuraya XT DUAL.

4.1. Current position
After retrieving your current GPS data you can use the
following options:
1. To save the current position as a Waypoint (see page 40) use:

2. To transmit your current position via SMS use:

3. To transmit the current position via Bluetooth use:

Connect Bluetooth
4. To transmit your current position to a PC or laptop (while being
connected via data cable) use:

NOTE
When connecting a PC or laptop the connection type of your
phone must be set to 'USB (GPS)' and the data cable (to be
found in your phone packaging) must be connected.
