Use this section to correct some minor problems that may occur.

“Read Failed” or
“Read Error”
appears on the
display Press the navigation button under e or X to clear the
message from the display.
Make sure the Bluetooth device is completely
connected to the printer’s serial port. See “Installing
the Bluetooth Device,” for more information.
Are the communication settings correct for Bluetooth?
See “Changing the Communication Settings,” for more
information.
“Bluetooth Not
Available”
appears on the
display The MIF file has been cleared from the printer, or the
MIF file contains an incorrect value. If the MIF has
been cleared, the printer does not know it has a
Bluetooth device. Contact Service for more information
about the MIF file.
