Adjust the tightness of folding mechanism on main frame
Optimizing the folding mechanism definitely secures the riding safety. The following
steps show the points you need to notice.
Right folding lever adjustement:
1.
When closing the lever toward main frame you will
feel the “tightness”.
2.
If you feel the folding mechanism loose, use
hex wrench to adjust the bolt in the photo.
Left linkage adjustment:
1.
Tighten both bolts on the left linkage as indicated.
2.
Please fold the main frame to the angle above
and adjust the bolt in the trench.
Note: Step 1 is only required when magnets on both front and rear wheels cannot meet in folded
state.
After adjustement
When you unfold the frame, you will feel tightness at 30
degree.
The play between front fork and main frame should
parallel when in unfold state.
Note: The adjustment order will not affect the result.
